Offering all the amenities of a 5 star hotel, Villa Topaz Main House and Additional Suite will envelop you in luxury.

When three bedrooms aren't quite enough, we have an option to add a fourth King Suite for additional guests! Villa Topaz Main offers three amazing master suites on the main floor and an additional master suite accessed from the ground floor. The Additional Suite has it's own entrance and consists of a King Size Bed, Open Wardrobe Area, an Ensuite, a Balcony and shares the amenities of the upper floor entertainment area.

Each suite is complete with a King size Layla mattress and Brooklinen sheets, comforters, pillows and towels. The ensuites are luxurious, with his and her sinks, outdoor showers with oversized rainheads and private water closets. Each bedroom even has large sliding doors leading to your own private deck - perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails!

**NOTE: The Additional Suite has it's own entrance and consists of a King Size Bed, Open Wardrobe Area, an Ensuite with indoor shower and amazing rainhead, a Balcony and shares the amenities of the upper floor entertainment area.

The upper floor is entertainment central, with ample indoor and outdoor space.

A complete gourmet kitchen that includes:
- a stainless steel gas range
- french door refrigerator
- beverage fridge and bar area
- dishwasher
- an island fit for a queen (or king)!

This fully stocked space includes all the amenities with the highest quality cookware, utensils, flatware, glasses and place settings. If you decide to eat in and enjoy grilling, you will appreciate cooking on the Weber grill just outside the double sliding doors. The cozy living room is perfect for a rainy day or evening watching Netflix! There are both indoor and outdoor dining spaces - just in case the weather isn't cooperating - with seating for 8 at both tables.

This might be our favorite space in the whole house - the rooftop deck! Outside the double doors is the covered dining table and BBQ area, which leads to the outdoor living and lounging area, and the best part - the infinity edge pool overlooking West Bay Beach! You have the option to sip cocktails on the deck while watching the passing cruise ships to the south, or enjoy the pool and reef view to the north.
